Quality Assurance plan & Project management Handbook

A plan for evaluation of project quality, innovations, risk identification and mitigation, as well as gender equality management. The plan will be reviewed and validated every 6 months. The reference handbook clearly explaining the information of management of documentation, monitoring and quality control of deliverables, internal procedures and approval of milestones.
