All the above activities of the young scientists will result in their preparation of applications for support from, among others, the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions.

The indicators of the deliverable are the number of WWW visits and number of contacts created through the website, particularly active network of young investigators in the field.

It will be structured for key messages tailored to specific target audience: Industry stakeholders /academic partners /policy makers / general public and will be equiped with communication tools for general use and target audience to provide for stakeholder engagement to be reached through respective communication channels. Dissemination activities in the CDP will be organized in the best manner to accelerate distributions of Research Articles and presentations in order to enhance excellence and improve reputation and visibility of Ł-PORT.

These will be successively updated during the second half of the project.

For general use, a project logo, flyers, movies and information sheets will be prepared. Templates for press releases and slide presentations will be provided to all partners. Deliverable will include the list of tools and channels used in regards with information about the publications produced and presentations, posters presented on the conferences. A dissemination report will be based on the project results shared with the potential users and stakeholders, posted through EU tools: Horizon Results Platform / Horizon Dashboard / Horizon Results Booster / Innovation Radar.

Special procedures for selecting suitable candidates for such trips will be developed and approved by the Steering Committee.
Position paper on bottlenecks of young researchers in the career (odnośnik otworzy się w nowym oknie)Joint PhD retreat (organized by ICM) will serve to lay a ground for building active network of young researchers from all partnering institutions, identify the opportunities for future joint research applications and expand their scientific horizons. Exchange ofthoughts and experiences between students result in preparation of the position paper on bottlenecks of young researchers in the career.
Kick-off meeting report (odnośnik otworzy się w nowym oknie)Report describes administrative and financial management – overall consortium management, structure for 1) chairing all consortium meetings includinglogistic supports; 2) timeline for reporting to EC; reviewing the progress and quality of deliverables (including maintenance of data repository, archives, logs); 3) monitoring and documenting the work plan; milestones and indicators, including resource allocation; 4) project achievements (based on the DMP and IPR generated within the project). 5) management of the funds.
Data Management Plan (odnośnik otworzy się w nowym oknie)Throughout the project, the FAIR principles will be implemented as an integral part of the proposed methodology for research data management. Detailed Data Management Plan will be established at the beginning of the project with the contribution of all consortium partners and regularly updated.
Two meetings (PORT for Health: Neuroscience) will be organised on to ensure constant updates on scientific progress in the field. PORT for Health Conferences are organised every year in a two-year cycle in the following order: Oncology and Neuroscience. Next, PORT for Health: Neuroscience will be organised in September 2023 (in the 12th month of the Twinning project) and the second one in September 2025 (in the 36th month of the Twinning project). Materials documenting the conferences (website, videos, etc.) will be prepared.
Tab on project website for active network of young investigators in the field (odnośnik otworzy się w nowym oknie)A scientific retreat/seminar for PhD students is planned to create a network of PhD students. They will create a bookmark from this event for the project website.
Video-recording of scientific seminars (odnośnik otworzy się w nowym oknie)Twelve scientific seminars will be organized quarterly at PORT through either personal visits of leading researchers or online lectures. In any case, the open access for partner laboratories to talks will be ensured. These events will allow to reach the most influential target audience with the outcome of the Twinning project. All seminars will be recorded for future dissemination.
All relevant ethical issues (Ethical permissions for conducting studies with human material), will be concluded in the form of ethical permissions for conducting studies. The documents will be presented on the the project Website.
