Creation and regular updates of SAME-NeuroID project, which will be a main tool for communication in the project. The indicators of the deliverable are the number of WWW visits and number of contacts created through the website, particularly active network of young investigators in the field.
Communication & Dissemination & Exploitation PlanAll communication activities will be specified in the CDP. It will be structured for key messages tailored to specific target audience: Industry stakeholders /academic partners /policy makers / general public and will be equiped with communication tools for general use and target audience to provide for stakeholder engagement to be reached through respective communication channels. Dissemination activities in the CDP will be organized in the best manner to accelerate distributions of Research Articles and presentations in order to enhance excellence and improve reputation and visibility of Ł-PORT.
Mid-term of Excellence schools agenda feedback and Outgoing travel grants agreements for 21 participantsTravel grant agreements and school timetables that will be in place until week 16 of the project. These will be successively updated during the second half of the project.
Portfolio of materials for all target groupsProduction of dedicated communication materials will be prepared to reach respective stakeholders. For general use, a project logo, flyers, movies and information sheets will be prepared. Templates for press releases and slide presentations will be provided to all partners. For all events (Summer School, Worskhops, PORT for Health,etc.) materials will be designed and distributed among the target audience.
Recruitment procedure for Excellence SchoolsThe participation of doctoral students in schools organised by partner organisations and short term visits is planned. Special procedures for selecting suitable candidates for such trips will be developed and approved by the Steering Committee.
Kick-off meeting reportReport describes administrative and financial management – overall consortium management, structure for 1) chairing all consortium meetings includinglogistic supports; 2) timeline for reporting to EC; reviewing the progress and quality of deliverables (including maintenance of data repository, archives, logs); 3) monitoring and documenting the work plan; milestones and indicators, including resource allocation; 4) project achievements (based on the DMP and IPR generated within the project). 5) management of the funds.
Data Management PlanThroughout the project, the FAIR principles will be implemented as an integral part of the proposed methodology for research data management. Detailed Data Management Plan will be established at the beginning of the project with the contribution of all consortium partners and regularly updated.
Two meetings (PORT for Health: Neuroscience) will be organised on to ensure constant updates on scientific progress in the field. PORT for Health Conferences are organised every year in a two-year cycle in the following order: Oncology and Neuroscience. Next, PORT for Health: Neuroscience will be organised in September 2023 (in the 12th month of the Twinning project) and the second one in September 2025 (in the 36th month of the Twinning project). Materials documenting the conferences (website, videos, etc.) will be prepared.
Tab on project website for active network of young investigators in the fieldA scientific retreat/seminar for PhD students is planned to create a network of PhD students. They will create a bookmark from this event for the project website.
All relevant ethical issues (Ethical permissions for conducting studies with human material), will be concluded in the form of ethical permissions for conducting studies. The documents will be presented on the the project Website.
