D2.1 Plan for exploitation, dissemination and communication

The Plan for exploitation, dissemination and communication (PEDCR) will describe the consortium strategy and planned actions related to the protection, dissemination, communication and exploitation of NECCTON research, innovation and products. This preliminary PEDCR will be updated during the project, to maintain alignment with evolving stakeholder needs and to maximize impact.

D4.2 Assessment of L2 PRISMA production chain, outputs and transferability

This document will report on the assessment of PRISMA L2 hyperspectral reflectance for selected open ocean sites, using autonomous in situ radiometry. The transferability to future hyperspectral sensors will be evaluated.

D7.1 Technical specification of the HTL products

The report will describe how the different HTL models will provide the identified HTL products and services, including technical details from T7.1

D3.1 Best practices for implementing new BGC process modules in CMEMS/FABM

This document will describe how to implement process-based biogeochemical models into the Fortran-based Framework for Aquatic Biogeochemical Models (FABM). As part of this it will document new Application programming Interfaces (APIs) introduced to support the CMEMS suite of BGC models. Parts of the document will be added to the public FABM wiki at https://fabm.net/wiki. The codebase that provides the described functionality will be available from its public FABM repository at https://fabm.net/code

D3.2 Offline simulation tool

This document will describe how to obtain, install and use the newly developed offline simulation tool, which performs simulations with FABM-based biogeochemical models driven with CMEMS model outputs. The tool will be available from a public GitHub repository; usage instructions will be available from an accompanying online wiki. The deliverable document is therefore expected to be brief and point primarily to these online resources.
