A preliminary Multi-Vendor Cooperation Framework that defines the way of collaboration and sharing of general information, generic models and technical parameters among directly involved TSOs, offshore developers, non-TSO asset owners, operators, integrators as well as vendors within the context of InterOPERA. Supplementing the consortium agreement, the preliminary cooperation agreement documents are intended for interoperability studies conducted within InterOPERA and shall cover the anticipated minimum requirements within the scope of Phase 1.
Multi-Vendor Cooperation Framework for information shared with direct and indirect stakeholders (odnośnik otworzy się w nowym oknie)A generalised and universally applicable Multi-Vendor Cooperation Framework applicable for future real-life projects.Information shared with direct and indirect stakeholders enabling both future expandability as well as dynamic system studies at early stages of planning and detailed control and protection developmentThe Multi-Vendor Cooperation Framework will cover generic model sharing, e.g. in case an existing scheme is extended, and another party intends to connect or for dynamic system studies at early stages of planning, and detailed model sharing, e.g. to perform high-quality de-risking and reliable system integration studies among the involved parties
Dissemination and communication plan (odnośnik otworzy się w nowym oknie)Project’s plan for its communication and dissemination activities Assessment and monitoring of the impact of the communication actions (see Table 2.2 .C and section 2.2.3).A second issue will be delivered at M48
Functional requirements for GFC of HVDC systems and PPMs, Recommendations of GFC for connection network codes (odnośnik otworzy się w nowym oknie)Definition of grid-forming control concepts and control hierarchy for multi-vendor HVDC applications, for three main concepts: 1) offshore grid-forming control by offshore HVDC converters, 2) fault ride-through capabilities of offshore PPMs, 3) offshore grid-forming control by offshore PEIDs (e.g. PPMs), enabling onshore GFC by HVDC convertersFormulation of basic functional requirements for grid-forming control for the three main control chain concept, towards the interoperability of multiple parallel grid-forming devices, ensuring that the needed capabilities will be provided at the onshore and offshore connection points.
Demonstrator project definition and system design studies (odnośnik otworzy się w nowym oknie)General assessment of the planned and foreseen regional multi terminal HVDC projects and a pan-European top-level review built on the PROMOTioN results and taking into account the ENTSO-E’s Ten Year Network Development Plan (TYNDP) and Projects of Common Interest (PCIs). Definition of the most relevant demonstrator grid design, architecture and topology for InterOPERA and future developments, and rationale for the evaluation and selection process Basic feasibility report for the defined demonstrator projectDiagrams showing the topology of the DC grid, including those of the individual installations and their connections:- DC grid architecture and topology, - DC grid main circuit data, - DC switching stations and aligned DC switching units, - DC grid energy absorbers, - AC/DC converter stations and aligned converter units.
Communication tools and materials - Corporate image of the project in M3, Website in M4, Flyer in M6, Videos (x2) in M6 & M52A second issue of this deliverable will be delivered at M52.
Consultation summary report from the technical workshops (odnośnik otworzy się w nowym oknie)Description of the stakeholder committee Report on the organisation of 5 technical consultation workshops. These workshops are envisaged to take place in months 12, 22, 28 (jointly with the second high-level dissemination event), 40 and 48 as side events to big sectorial events or independently. (More information about this activity is provided in section 2.2.2 and Table 2.2.B.)A second issue will be delivered at M52.
Exploitation plan (odnośnik otworzy się w nowym oknie)This report will highlight exploitable project results across all work packages and define strategies to maximise impacts of exploitable results, to effectively plan the exploitation of project results during and beyond the life of the project.A second issue will be delivered at M52.
