Technical Report: Validation of TCMS Data Service concept and formalisation (öffnet in neuem Fenster)The document provides a technical report on the implementation and validation of a formal data modelling and workflow automation approach for Eurospec TCMS Data Service (TCMS_DS). In this approach, YANG in combination with OpenAPI is used as modelling method to define concise and machine-readable specifications for TCMS_DS datasets and corresponding service APIs. YANG models for TCMS_DS Brakes and Doors datasets, that have been developed for method evaluation purposes, are presented and discussed in this report. Furthermore, the workflow and automation toolchain, that has been established and used for model authoring, model validation and model transformation into executable artifacts, is described. Finally, a minimal TCMS_DS software prototype is presented, that has been developed and used in a lab environment, to evaluate and test the automated deployment and integration of executable data model artifacts.
