Risultati finali

First public report on the outcome of the open calls (si apre in una nuova finestra)

The report will describe the outcome of the calls (no. submitted projects, evaluation procedure, ranking list of awarded projects, description of each supported project, the date of the award, the duration, the legal name and country, etc..) (T6.3, T6.4).

SHORE Application package (si apre in una nuova finestra)

The application package (T6.2) will be for schools who are aiming to apply to the open calls for funding. This deliverable will contain, school project submission platform user guide, the call for proposals, a Guide for Applicants, FAQ document about the project submission process, Open Call applicant template, relevant topics and award criteria & scoring of projects, any other Annexes of interest for the successful implementation of the Open Calls.

Plan for Communication, Dissemination and Outreach (PCDO) (si apre in una nuova finestra)

Plan for Communication, Dissemination and Outreach (PCDO) will be generated (T5.1, T5.2)

Stakeholder Engagement Report (si apre in una nuova finestra)

The document will include the stakeholder analysis for the communication/dissemination/outreach activities as well as it will report on clustering activities with relevant projects/networks, platforms and Mission Ocean Helix (T5.4).

First Regional Hub report of yearly activity (si apre in una nuova finestra)

The regional hubs report will include the reports from the 5 regional hubs, which will compile the activities undertaken by the country hubs. Those activities include: guidance offered to the schools for the development of blue curricula, including training material, support for the application to the blue school network, community activities to raise the ocean literacy knowledge (T3.1, T3.2, T3.3). There will be 3 reporting periods, one for each open call.

Submission and Management Platform (si apre in una nuova finestra)

Task 6.1 will design and set-up a submission & management platform for the successful submission of proposals under the three Open Calls.

Creation of the digital interaction platform and user guide (si apre in una nuova finestra)

T4.1 will set-up an interaction platform that will be used to track the school projects, voting sessions and interactions among schools & community. D4.4 will include the open-source platform and its user guide.
