A report about interaction of the platform that is going to be used (T4.1) to maximize the impact of the project will be created. The reports will include, interaction among the youth, schools and educators, voting sessions all around the world (T4.2) that are going to be generated by RKSOFT’s platform.

Report on Communication, Dissemination and Outreach Activities

A final report of the communication (T5.2), dissemination and outreach activities (T5.3) will be created to observe the activities and visibility of the SHORE project

Educators and schools training report 1

There will be three open call period and each period will have their own educator and teacher training activities (T2.2) before schools project submission. Also the rainings will include guidance to apply to the Network of European Blue Schools. With the baseline reports that are going to be done before the open call periods, SHORE aims to analyse the impact of the trainings and seminars od educators. This report will include the impact of the training activities on capacity of the educators (2.4).

Final Regional Hub report of yearly activity

The regional hubs report will include the reports from the 5 regional hubs, which will compile the activities undertaken by the country hubs. Those activities include: guidance offered to the schools for the development of blue curricula, including training material, support for the application to the blue school network, community activities to raise the ocean literacy knowledge(T3.1, T3.2, T3.3). There will be 3 reporting periods, one for each open call. The final report will consist of all three open call periods general assessment and reporting of the yearly activities of hubs.

The report will describe the outcome of the calls (no. submitted projects, evaluation procedure, ranking list of awarded projects, description of each supported project, the date of the award, the duration, the legal name and country, etc..) (T6.3, T6.4).

The schools that will receive the funding of 10.000 euros will be responsible for reporting their project progress reports (T4.2) on a regular basis to the digital platform that is going to be created in T4.1. At the end of each call period, the platform will automatically generate a report on the schools activities.

SHORE Application package

The application package (T6.2) will be for schools who are aiming to apply to the open calls for funding. This deliverable will contain, school project submission platform user guide, the call for proposals, a Guide for Applicants, FAQ document about the project submission process, Open Call applicant template, relevant topics and award criteria & scoring of projects, any other Annexes of interest for the successful implementation of the Open Calls.

Stakeholder Engagement Report

The document will include the stakeholder analysis for the communication/dissemination/outreach activities as well as it will report on clustering activities with relevant projects/networks, platforms and Mission Ocean Helix (T5.4).

Ocean Mission Helix final report

As “Mission Oceans Helix” will act as a knowledge exchange network and digital platform, bringing together stakeholders from cross cutting sectors the Helix will also look to integrate other funded projects, platforms and networks into its sphere of influence (clustering ecosystem) and maximize SHORE’s impact, periodical reports will be obtained from the system and a final report will be generated (T5.2, T5.4, T5.5).

Base analyses report for each region

Regional blue curricula, sustainability education reports will be created. The base analyses will provide the status of the education on blue curricula in schools also, will analyze the basic knowledge of the educators (T2.1) Thus, materials and curricula will be designed, improved & created to use during the school projects.

Submission and Management Platform

Task 6.1 will design and set-up a submission & management platform for the successful submission of proposals under the three Open Calls.

Creation of the digital interaction platform and user guide

T4.1 will set-up an interaction platform that will be used to track the school projects, voting sessions and interactions among schools & community. D4.4 will include the open-source platform and its user guide.
