Initial impact assessment

This deliverable will describe the methodology that will be used to assess the impact of the project.The impact assessment will be regularly updated in the course of the project.

Initial Dissemination, Communication

The objective of this deliverable is to describe the dissemination and communication strategy of the STEP project.

Project management handbook with templates & guide

This deliverable will be a comprehensive guide with essential information and guidelines for STEP consortium members to navigate and excel in the project. This document will serve as their go-to resource for understanding the project's objectives, processes, and management practices.

GDPR compliance report

Partners will be compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) during their collection of personal data during communication, dissemination and network-building activities. Partners confirm that all of the data we intend to process is relevant and limited to the purposes of the research project (in Administrative forms accordance with the ‘data minimisation principle’). The purpose is to ensure the dissemination and broad uptake of the results of the project. A description of the technical and organizational measures that will be implemented to safeguard the rights and freedoms of the data subjects will be submitted as a deliverable by Month 2 of the project (D1.4 – GDPR compliance report).For further processing of previously collected personal data, an explicit confirmation that partners have lawful basis for the data processing and that the appropriate technical and organizational measures are in place to safeguard the rights of the data subjects will be included in this deliverable. This will include the above-listed contact data provided to us by project partners for potential inclusion in the mailing list for dissemination activities. Detailed information on the informed consent procedures in regard to data processing will be kept on file by AIRBUS.

Data Management Plan

This deliverable will describe how the STEP project will collect, process, share and protect the dataproduced by the project partners. The DMP will be consistent with the intellectual property right (IPR) policy (i.e.,IP, confidentiality and publication provisions) to be defined in the Consortium Agreement and updated as any changes occur in the consortium policies.
