Gender Analysis Report v1

The leader and main contributor is TECN. The rest of the consortium members will contribute with their own experiences.This report will contain a second version (M18) of a Gender Equity Management (defining the initial steps of the project and the outline guidelines, an action plan, and corresponding monitoring indicators to promote gender balance across various aspects of the project). A second part will be an analysis of the existing state of gender-related research in the context of bio-based construction materials. Additionally, it will involve the implementation and subsequent analysis of an internal survey within the INGUMA project to provide insights into the current state of art. It will include all the outputs of the Task 7.4.

Stakeholder Engagement Plan

The leader is FNR and the other main contributors will be IW and TECN.According to Task 2.1, the report will outline the formats and co-creation methods to be applied, as a guideline to run the co-creation process for the clustered stakeholders.

Ideation phase for each cluster

"The leader is FNR and the other main contributors will be TECN and IW.This report will describe the results of ""Phase 1 - Exploitation and ideation"" in the process of the co-creation labs for each stakeholder cluster according to the tasks described in Task 2.2."

Communication, Dissemination & Exploitation Plan v1

The leader and main contributor is G!E. The rest of the consortium members will contribute as well.The report will describe a first version the plan that will detail the communication and dissemination channels to be employed, highlight relevant events and conferences, and clearly define the roles and obligations of the project partners. It will define guidelines to ensure the validation of communication and dissemination content, thereby safeguarding partners' intellectual property. A map of the Key Exploitable Results will also be conducted according to Task 6.1 and Task 6.4.This deliverable will include also the foreseen actions for the next period.

The leader and main contributor is G!E. The rest of the consortium members will contribute as well.This report will include all the communication, dissemination and networking activities developed until M18 of the project according to the progress of Task 6.2, Task 6.3, Task 6.4 and Task 6.5.

The rest of the consortium members will contribute with their own data strategy.The plan will include the outline of the datasets foreseen throughout the duration of the project and the datasets generated until M18, while simultaneously defining the data management strategy. Given the diverse range of data types that will emerge in the course of the project, this report aims to supply pertinent insights and direction for the accurate administration of these various datasets.
