Guidelines: Co-creation approaches for community, artists and scientists

Guidelines detailing co-creation approaches for linking communities, artists, and scientists in Mission Ocean Lighthouses through art projects are created. TIDAL ArtS’ co-creational approach is grounded in the requirement that artists, scientists, and citizens work together as part of the same process.

Evaluation Criteria

The deliverable outlines the evaluation criteria and selection procedure for the calls for proposals elaborated on in T3.6.

Visual identity suite (Digital)

To build visual recognition of our project, we will create a strong project branding with support from an external expert designer including logo, visual identity, and full suite of branded assets such as video frames, social media cards, presentation templates, and report templates.

Lighthouse calls documents

(1) A description of the four calls for proposals will clearly communicate the aims of each call in a clear, concise and target group-oriented manner. Additionally, (2) call guidelines and (3) terms and conditions are created so that the applicants understand the budgetary framework, eligibility criteria, and selection criteria for the calls. The (4) application form is developed along with an (5) evaluation form.

Residency call documents

Call for Proposals Landing Page

A landing page is developed to publish the calls so that artists can receive information on the opportunities and ultimately apply for a grant. The landing page will employ a visual language conducive to the topic, ocean, and water, and to the target group, creatives using innovative methods to engage citizens. Use of a grant management software will support the successful implementation of the calls for proposals.

Database of initiatives for dissemination

A mapping of networks (art, science, blue economy), EU and global campaigns, projects and organisations utilising connections with MIP Ocean & Lighthouse CSAs to ensure that the experiences and breakthroughs produced by the projects are disseminated broadly, resulting in a database of initiatives for dissemination.
