Roadmap for better use of R&I infrastructure

This deliverabe will review the current practice regarding the use of R&I infrastructure at the CORE GROUP organizations and present the developed joint transferable guideline for the better use and promotion of the R&I infrastructure. This subtask is directly connected to T2.1 and T4.1.

Twinning methodology

The document will summarise the outputs of two twinning visits and provide a Twinning methodology and lessons learned from the TWIN SYNERGIES project.

COMM Tool kit

D6.2 will provide the COMM Tool kit prepared for guidelines for communication and dissemination of projects’ results.

Report on coupling the needs and opportunities and catalogue of best practices

The document will provide the evaluation and presentation of the survey results. The outcomes of the survey will be evaluated based on the methodology developed (T2.2) and together with the collected best practice examples on different types of synergies mechanisms.

DEC strategy and implementation plan

The document will provide the DEC strategy and implementation plan for the duration of the whole project.

Report on Exploitation WS and Exploitation Roadmap

D6.4 will provide a report on the workshops and an exploitation roadmap for TWIN SYNERGIES KERs.

TWIN SYNERGIES concept for HR development

This deliverable will present the common and transferable model for the development of personal and organizational skills, knowledge, and abilities.

Pathways towards improved synergies - Policy briefs for better Collaboration and Value Creation

The document will provide the current context regarding the available regional, S3 related and EU programmes priorities alignments, also considering existing disparities between R&I leading and lagging countries. To address this gap, the deliverable will provide a set of policy briefs for better collaboration and value creation to obtain a better overview of the current practices on the regional/national level.

TWIN SYNERGIES internationalisation strategy

This deliverable will provide a TWIN Synergies internationalisation strategy that outlines specific activities and guidelines for increased international engagement and interconnectedness. It will present the identified and assessed opportunities for individual members of the TWIN SYNERGIES consortium to engage in existing, emerging, or future European networks, communities, and initiatives.

Report on the current state

D2.1 will present the current state based on the questionnaire and the analysis for assessing the current state of play at the TWIN SYNERGIES CORE TEAM institutions. The deliverable will include the additionally developed survey and analysis on researchers on different levels who are active in the different research fields.

TWIN SYNERGIES training and coaching methodology, implementation model and evaluation

D3.4 will provide an overview of the developed capacity building program and an overall effectiveness evaluation of the TWIN SYNERGIES services. The evaluation will be further transformed into a model guide that specifically focuses on upgrading and attaining new transferable skills in the domains of preparing competitive EU proposals and I&TT-related activities to boost internationalization. The deliverable will also be fed into WP5, D5.2 to facilitate the implementation of up-stream synergies mode and policy recommendation actions.

Methodological framework for the provision of the capacity building program

The deliverable will provide a methodological framework for capacity building based on the training and coaching on EU funding programs and I&TT related skills, and the topics and focuses will be precisely elaborated to meet the needs of TWIN SYNERGIES CORE GROUP.

Report on EU project concepts and submitted proposals

This document will provide a report on all submitted proposals during the project.

Lessons learned from TWIN SYNERGIES project

D4.2 will provide a report on lessons learned during the project.

Report on CED activities and materials

D6.3 will report on the progress of the project regarding communication and dissemination of the results.

Report on Policy dialog and Cross-Fertilization WSs

D5.2 will provide a report on the organised policy dialog and Cross-Fertilization WSs.

Questionnaire and Methodology for evaluation

D2.2 will present the results on the online questionnaire and present the developed methodology focusing on obtaining a ‘bigger picture` or undesiring the essentials related to the mismatches of regional and EU funding priorities and missing skills. The questionnaire will be an adaptation of the questionnaire from T2.1. Additionally, a database of stakeholders will be developed and reported.

Report on delivered training and coaching program

D3.3 will provide a report on delivered coaching sessions on innovation management, business internationalization, and strategic communication. The database of stakeholders developed in T2.2 will be used to identify suitable organizations for these activities. It will provide an assessment of the impact of the delivered coaching.
