The report will include an initial mapping of relevant stakeholders (e.g., citizens, communities, digital tool providers, energy suppliers, ESCOs, aggregators, capital providers), will allow the identification and documentation of their inter-dynamics, i.e., interactions/dependencies/capabilities/needs.
