This deliverable is based on the results of T4.1. It contains a high level design documentation of the proposed RAWFIE architecture and definition of the appropriate interfaces between components. Also, it includes the analysis of existing technological solutions in the areas related to RAWFIE concept. Dissemination ActivitiesThis deliverable documents all the dissemination activities undertaken by RAWFIE in order to disseminate the project results.
Community BuildingThis deliverable summarizes the efforts undertaken by RAWFIE to create a community of RAWFIE members and interested parties. It will contain the actions taken so far and guidelines about how to proceed in the future in order to maintain and expand the community.

TrainingThis deliverable describes the training efforts undertaken by RAWFIE, so that the interested parties (testbed operators and experimenters) are aware of the possibilities of the platform, the relevant configuration options, and the experiment lifecycle in general.

Federation PolicyThis deliverable will describe the rules and conditions, under which the RAWFIE Federation will operate. It will contain the general guidelines of the federation, its management structure, and procedures for new members’ annexation. It will define the financial, technical, and operational rules, and conflict resolution procedures. It will also define conditions and procedures to modify the Federation Policy
