International Final WS

Preparation and delivery of an international final Workshop targeting European decision-makers, agriculture and water managers and scientists.

'mass' media releases

This deliverable concerns the General EU community project dissemination. It englobes: multimedia releases, e-newsletters and articles in nonscientific newspapers.

Project Open Days

A series of workshops/seminars have been scheduled across all the project duration. They will consist of a public and a consortium only dedicated part. The purpose of these networking activities is multiple. The first aim is to guarantee knowledge transfer by presenting the state of art and advancement of the tasks already developed and to receive feedback from scientific users and stakeholders. The tentative date and place for the 3 POD is: POD1 Aigües Segarra-Garrigues/Demonstrative farms M13 POD2 Cadi Ayyad University- Marrakech M19 POD3 Ecole Nationale Supérieure Agronomique of Toulouse M37

Water Use Assessment

Document describing water footprint calculations at the demonstration sites.

State of Art

The actual deliverable responsible is UCAM and not isardSAT. Due to IT bug it was not possible to attribute the correct leadership to the third country partner as per submitted proposal. Document outlining a detailed state-of-art review with the review and external assessment from Experts Board. The state of art review will concern the scientific progress and possible synergies between passive microwave disaggregation and active microwave data to obtain a high resolution near surface soil moisture (NSSM) product, the feasibility of root zone soil moisture (RZSM) estimation from remote sensing only and the requirements, the capabilities and the limitations of the land surface model to be developed and the requirements, the capabilities and the limitations of the irrigation management system to be developed.

Ecosystem Services Assessment

Document describing the analysis of water quantity and quality assessment.

Initial User Workshop

Preparation and delivery of an initial user workshop to ensure that we actually aim at the products and services that users need.

Training Material

Material related to training Activities. Presentations from project Mini-workshops.
