Rezultaty Documents, reports (10) Integrated Report: Netherlands The Integrated Report of Netherlands will be compiled by TNO after finishing the national cluster workshop series in the Netherlands (Task 3.2) with contribution from the partner Utrecht. This report will contain the reporting on the workshop series and will describe for the Netherlands National Cluster the specific gaps, challenges and opportunities for energy efficiency measures in urban regeneration and the results of the jointly developed strategies for the planning, financing and implementation of energy efficiency measures in urban regeneration. Collaborative analysis and best practices report After the European wide guidance workshop for improved planning, financing and implementation of EE in urban regeneration TNO will compile a report with the results of the collaborative analysis (T5.3) and the conclusions of the workshop. This report will contain best practices for the development of improved strategies for planning, financing and implementing energy policies between the different policy levels illustrated with the lessons learned from the three National Cluster cases. It forms the input for the instructions of the training development in WP4. Stakeholder Mapping Report This report will include a list of relevant stakeholders and a description of their roles, as well as a diagram visualizing their relationships to the urban regeneration process for each of the participating countries. Energy efficiency in Urban regeneration framework Report This deliverable will summarize the documentary analysis carried out in Task 2.1, focusing in adding European dimension to findings in National Workshops. Capacity building materials A list and short description of the developed materials to be made available for the capacity building activities along with the materials themselves. Final Conference Report A report including the agenda, venue, minutes, sign in sheets and photos of the final conference as well as a general summary of the activities, feedback report and future recommendation for similar activities. The presentations held at the final conference will be made available online and as an annex to this report. Integrated Report: Spain The Integrated Report of Spain will be compiled by TECNALIA after finishing the national cluster workshop series in Spain (Task 3.2) with contribution from the partners VISESA, Surbisa, EVE. This report will contain the reporting on the workshop series and will describe for the Spanish National Cluster the specific gaps, challenges and opportunities for energy efficiency measures in urban regeneration and the results of the jointly developed strategies for the planning, financing and implementation of energy efficiency measures in urban regeneration Training Activities Report A report containing the minutes, sign in sheets and photos of the individual training activities as well as a short description and future recommendations for similar activities. The report will also include the feedback of the participants and a general transnational summary. Integrated Report: Croatia The Integrated Report of Croatia will be compiled by SWEDES after finishing the national cluster workshop series in Croatia (Task 3.2) with contribution from the partners Osijek, and ASN. This report will contain the reporting on the workshop series and will describe for the Croatian National Cluster the specific gaps, challenges and opportunities for energy efficiency measures in urban regeneration and the results of the jointly developed strategies for the planning, financing and implementation of energy efficiency measures in urban regeneration. Network Integration Plan This document will assess and provide the FosterREG working groups with different integration options with the existing networks at national and European level (identified and approached during the course of the Project), ensuring the best ground for integration and continuity of the FosterREG working groups. Websites, patent fillings, videos etc. (3) Project Newsletter Electronic newsletter with updated information about the project achievements – part of information will be shaped specifically for main target groups. Newslettters will be publishet every six months. There will be a total number of 4 newsletters, released at months 6, 12, 18 and 24 Project Website and Social Media placing Project web site and placing of the fosterREG in social media – clear messages for each of target groups, presentation of project updates, achievements, conclusions, with networking and communication elements.
