Ethical Issues Manual

Report describing the project’s implementation plan and containing the Ethics Manual, which will be followed during the project’s lifetime in order to safeguard the ethical issues. Ethical Issues, such as copies of ethical approvals for the collection of personal data by the competent University Data Protection Officer / National Data Protection authority, etc., will be included following the Ethics Requirements.

System integration and validation report

This deliverable will report on the integration efforts carried out towards the final prototype and the validation of its smooth function *Note: The current deliverable will be accompanied by the finalization of the prototype (DEM) of the corresponding module.

Communication plan

Report describing the project’s communication plan

End-User based Evaluation Report

This report will present the evaluation of the system regarding its usability and its value from the end-users point of view.

Procedures and application of artificial ageing

This report will deal with the chemical procedures followed in order to stimulate and to force the artificial ageing of the materials on the aforementioned palette.

Spatiotemporal Simulation and Rendering Engine

The current report will deal with processing of the collected data and the extracted ageing models towards the simulation of the spatiotemporal ageing.

Trial scenarios

This report will consist of the detailed definition of the pilot scenarios to be carried out.

A guide for multi-material palette preparation

This document will render a thorough description of the way the multi-material palette has been developed and the potential usage of it.

3D model Representation

The current document will report on the methods developed for the 3D rendering of the scanned and simulated 3D object.

DSS based Scan4Reco conservation oriented platform

The current report will present the DSS driven Scan4Reco platform. Moreover, it will report on the main user interface and the consolidated platform for handing the Scan4Reco envisioned system along with its applications.

Scientific end-user and public requirements

This report will deal with the end-user needs/requirements analysis and definition of the Scan4Reco envisioned system

Protocol for joint acquisition of Low resolution 3D, microprofilometry and RTI requirements for data fusion

This report will address the protocols followed for the joint acquisition and fusion of low resolution 3D, RTI and microprofilometry data/image

Technical evaluation report

This report will summarize an present the evaluation of all submodules of the system and all technologies developed within the project, as well as the evaluation of the integrated system

Multi-sensorial Platform and motorized Mechanical arm

This deliverable will deal with the presentation of the interoperable multi-sensorial scanning platform and the synchronously collaborating mechanical arm that will carry the probes. *Note: The current deliverable will be accompanied by the finalization of the prototype (DEM) of the corresreporting module.

Material related Booklet

This report will summarize and present the methods followed during the analysis of the materials under investigation and the corresponding properties of the latter.

Technology exploration report

Thorough report regarding the most dominant current trends and approaches in technology, in the fields and domains that are relevant with the project’s activities.

Visual & 3D Printing

This deliverable will focus on the transformations and format conversation of the simulated data (i.e. 3D object) towards 3D printing

Scan4Reco pilots

This deliverable will address the implementation of the pilot scenarios described in D7.1

Scan4RecoVirtual Museum

This deliverable will address the virtual museum environment meant to exhibit the cultural objects with all its services.

Scan4Reco Web Site

This deliverable will present an overview and the sitemap of the project’s public website, which will be constantly updated throughout the project’s lifetime

This report will deliver a library regarding the processing of the raw RTI related data towards appearance
