Rezultaty Documents, reports (9) Roadmap for stronger collaboration This will be a roadmap document with a graphical representation of the next steps to improve ICT RTDI cooperation between the EU and AU, NZ and SG. Handbook on Australia, New Zealand and Singapore programmes for EU researchers The handbook on target countries programmes will equip EU stakeholders with a clear panorama of local research programmes open to collaboration with Europeans, detailing the possibilities and the conditions to access, participate, or being funded. It will be composed of 3 dedicated chapters. Dissemination, Exploitation and Communication Plan The DECP will be elaborated in the early stages of the project to further detail the EPIC dissemination, exploitation and communication activities. The DECP will be updated to depict the actual, pragmatic strategy of EPIC including communication activities delivered prior to the first review meeting by M14 (see MS13) EU-Asia/Pacific concertation meetings report This deliverable will report on the first R&D events organised in each target country. It will include an analysis of the meetings outcomes and a summary of recommendations for further actions. The final version of the report will be elaborated at to report on the meetings organised throughout the whole project. Background paper on mutual ICT RDI priorities to support ICT policy dialogues between the EU and Asia Pacific The background paper will include the first version of the recommendations from the thematic workshops on common priorities. It also will include specific chapters on further topics of mutual interest identified, the analysis of concrete potential for R&D cooperation, and the best practices, requirements and demands identified. Outreach activities report A preliminary version of the report will detail the outreach activities implemented during the first year of the project lifetime. A specific chapter will be dedicated to the revision of the DEP after a careful assessment of the KPIs, to adapt if necessary the activities planned for the second year. The final version of the report will detail all outreach activities implemented since the start of the project. Project assessment and Sustainability Plan This deliverable will detail the assessment and evaluation of the project based on the monitoring of the KPIs. It will also include the sustainability plan of the project outcomes. Preparatory actions and short term joint research report A report will document and evaluate the preparatory actions and short-term research activities. The focus will be on the estimated impact to create longer-term and more durable as well as team-to-team cooperation. EU-Asia Pacific Industry events report This deliverable will report on the first industry events organised in each target country to strengthen the links between ICT RDI actors. It will include a monitoring of the established relations, an analysis of the events outcomes, and a summary of the lessons learned along with recommendations to ensure sustainable partnerships.
