3 Annual reports

Three annual reports will be developed during the project lifetime, showcasing 36 success stories in total on the use of open innovation by SMEs in selected environments. The annual reports will be disseminated extensively, aiming to reach more than 2000 OI stakeholders in the EU area (RTOs, SMEs, networks, business support organizations, intermediaries, policy makers etc) (M12; M24; M39)

Dissemination and Communication Plan

The Dissemination and Communication Plan will establish the methodology used to ensure project visibility, the groups targeted and action plan. It will be updated at regular intervals and presented to the Commission (at M20 and M36).

Web 2.0 tools

Social networks accounts development and updating in a regular basis, including Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and Twitter. Although the deliverable, in the sense of the delivery of the mechanisms will be operational by month 6, the actual use and continuous update of all information related to INSPIRE in all online media and communities will continue throughout the duration of the project.

Dissemination Package
