The FLOOD-serv collaborative and personalized citizen-centric platform will be an open-government tool for end users regarding the floods’ effects and impact.

Territory Monitoring System

This is a software deliverable about development of the TMS tool

Data Management Plan - outline version

The first draft of the Data Management Plan will outline the way data will be handled during and after the project.

Organization of flood risk management report

The report will include a comparative study and analysis of different flood risk management systems organised in the selected regions.

Dissemination Plan

Report that will describe the dissemination strategy to be deployed and actions to be undertaken, the specific channels that will be used to disseminate the findings and progress as well the clearly defined roles and responsibilities assigned to all partners and the evaluation methodology and measuring criteria of the results of dissemination actions

Report on the public participation procedures and citizen involvement

The report will include the comparative study regarding stakeholder interactions and public participation and citizen involvement in the open government.

Analysis on Emergency flood management public services

The report will include an analysis on the characteristics and specifications of existing flood risk management public services and the use of ICT to support emergency flood management services in the selected regions.

Final Communication and Dissemination Plan

This document will report completed communication and dissemination activities that were under taken during the whole project

Community of Interest Build-up & Engagement Strategy

Report that will analyse the typologies of stakeholders and end users for FLOOD-serv Platform and their potential motivation to participate in the project and will present detailed plan for creating a wider constituency within which the consortium will operate and produce its work, including targeted actions to ensure the active engagement of the members of the Community of Interest.

First Communication and Dissemination Report & Updated Plan

Report of the communication and dissemination activities carried out during the first 18 months of the project, future plans for communication and dissemination of the project till the end of the project. This report will assess the efforts of the consortium in carrying out the dissemination and communication activities throughout the entire first reporting period in view to improve the stakeholders engagement strategy and to keep track of the dissemination actions designed to ensure the high visibility of the project and its results and to support the exploitation and sustainability of the project results.

Intermediate Activity and Management Report

The Intermediate Activity and Management Report will contain a comprehensive summary overview of the work carried out to achieve the project's objectives; the main results, conclusions and their potential impact. The document could include where appropriate, diagrams or photographs and the project logo, illustrating and promoting the work achieved until that moment within the project.

Data Management Plan - final version

The final version of the Data Management Plan will include information on the way data is handled during and after the project.

FLOOD-serv Integrated system

The FLOOD-serv collaborative and personalized citizen-centric platform will be integrated with the other components of the FLOOD-serv system.
