The STIMUNITY project is currently half-way through its funding. Major progresses have been made in all steps described in the proposal. The main results that were obtained include the demonstration that cGAMP-VLP induce an anti-tumoral effect, that this effect is synergistic with anti-checkpoint antibody therapy and that it acts systemically on distant tumors. In addition, a first round of private investment was achieved for the company, which has direct impact on job creation and economic activity. Finally, the main patent covering the technology was granted, securing the future of this project. Thus, all steps have made significant progress in the proposal, at the scientific and socioeconomic levels.
