Large scale demonstration of new circular economy value-chains based on the reuse of end-of-life fiber reinforced composites.

Rezultaty

Project Website.

This deliverable will consist in the set-up of the project website that is part of the work of task T8.1.

Validation of the developed demanufacturing process-chains and characterization of the recovered materials.

This deliverable will report the work of task T2.4. It will contain the results of the validation of the developed demanufacturing processes on the samples of disassembled parts obtained in the target use-cases.

Realization of a physical and a virtual library of rGFRP and rCFRP FiberEUse parts.

This deliverable will report the work of task T77 It will consist of a physical and virtual library of the demonstrated new products and the related functionalities and properties to be showcased at large group of stakeholders

Part validation by non-destructive analysis.

This deliverable will report the work of task T4.6. It will contain a description and the results of tests on composite parts of non destructive analysis of remanufactured products.

Mapping and assessment of waste composition.

This deliverable will report the work of task T1.1 concerning the analysis, mapping and assessment of the waste material composition and volumes, in the target use-cases.

Recovered glass and carbon fibers characterization

This deliverable will report the work of task T2.5. It will contain the characterization of the recycled fibers and a benchmark of the developed solutions with respect to state-of-the-art and the target KPIs.

Composite material validation and testing.

This deliverable will report the work of task T3.5. It will contain a report with the assessment of material properties derived by the application of the developed material preparation methods, to be used to benchmark and to select the suitable technologies for demonstration.

Generalization to future industrial scenarios

This deliverable will report the work of task T15 It will contain a formalized vision of the application potential of the FiberEUse solution in future industrial scenarios for European Manufacturers The deliverable will include a highvisibility book and a public white paper

Customer feedback collection and co-design approach.

This deliverable will report the work of task T5.1 related to the development of the approach for gathering customer feedback for co-design. It will contain the description of the methodology and the main mechanisms to support the co-design procedure.

Reverse logistics optimization.

This deliverable will report the work of task T7.2. It will contain the description of the methodology for reverse logistics optimization and the optimal configuration of reverse logistics networks in the demo-cases.

Guidelines for composites demanufacturing and energy assessment

This deliverable will report the work of tasks T2.6 and T2.7. It will contain the energy-related assessment of the developed technologies and generalized demanufacturing guidelines for composite-made complex products.

Legislation boundaries and recommendations for policy makers.

This deliverable will report the work of task T76 It will contain the identification of potential legislative barriers and a set of recommendations for policy makers on how the legislation should be improved in order to promote the reuse of composite materials in the target sectors

Catalogue of dissemination and exploitation activities

This deliverable will report a public summary of all the dissemination and exploitation activities carried out in the FiberEUse project

New service-oriented business models.

This deliverable will report the work of task T7.1. It will contain the description of the business models to be implemented in order to increase the profitability of the business cases in the project demonstrators.

Final evaluation of KPIs and impacts of the use cases

This deliverable will report the work of task T69 related to the analysis of the final status of the democases

Generalized product design guidelines.

This deliverable will report the work of task T5.6. It will contain the generalized product design guidelines for improving the ability to disassemble and demanufacture the input composite-made products.

Ex-ante analysis of the use cases and approach for demonstration

This deliverable will report the work of task T6.9 related to the analysis of the ex-ante status of the demo-cases. A revision of the target KPIs and a description of the design approach for the demonstration will be reported.

Economic risk assessment of the new value-chain business cases.

This deliverable will report the work of task T75 It will contain a description of the developed methodology for risk assessment and the identification and quantification of the major risks in the valuechains of the demonstrators

LCA and LCC solution.

This deliverable will report the work of task T74 It will contain a description of the LCA and LCC methodologies as well as the software modules integrated in the cloudbased platforms to support environmental and economic analysis

Industrial training and value-chain thematic workshops.

This deliverable will report the work of task T86 It will consist of a report including the training objectives and the developed training material as well as the outcomes from the thematic workshops

Cloud-based software for value-chain integration.

This deliverable will report the work of task T73 It will contain a description of the main functionalities of the cloudbased platform for valuechain integration as well as the delivery of the software platform

Customer feedback collection software tool.

This deliverable will report the work of task T5.1 related to the development of a web-based application to support customer feedback collection for product co-design.
