Design Options Paper to be delivered in month 9 and structured according to the twinning advanced methodology According to existing DOP, a preliminary table of contents will include: - Introduction, with background and structure of the paper; - Background information, including a legal framework and an assessment of existing practices; - Description of “Seal of Excellence” and its delivery to the stakeholders; - Recommendations based on discussion and inputs from the involved parties. The content of the DOP will be discussed with other EEN partners, TAFTIE and EUROCHAMBRES to provide more feedback for an optimal dissemination among Innovation agencies.
