Dissemination plan

The dissemination plan will define the specific activities to be carried out in the 4-year period, considering strategies and tools (key messages, channels) to be used to reach the target audience and the general public. The communication will be clear and effective. The Dissemination Plan (DP) will receive inputs from the beneficiaries and will be subject to revision as the project progresses. Specific attention will be paid to the dissemination. A full selection related to the general public will be included (outreach plan). The official language of the communication will be English.

Project Website
Videos

Two videos will be produced for the wider public and specific target audiences: a video to present the final results to the wider public explaining the outcomes of their projects in layman terms and a video for the technical audience (i.e. water utilities, industry & professionals and policy-makers), describing solutions and best practices identified in the project.

Mid-term meeting

As part of the GAP obligations, there will be a mid-term meeting between the partners, secondees and the REA to properly evaluate the project implementation.
