Dedicated webpage for the outputs

A specific page from the partners' websites must be edited to gather all the outputs from the event: articles, videos, documents... A link to this page must be integrated in the documents the partners could edit in the future in order to increase the impact of the event.

Interviews and videos

Editing different kinds of videos: testimonials from doctorate holders, from employers; commercial video to promote the next edition of this event. Ensuring a high quality streaming of the event. In collaboration with specific providers, experts in this kind of work and able to edit subtitles in different languages (FR/DE/EN).

Articles and written interviews

Writing articles on researchers career development, employability, recruitment process... based on the talks given during the event.

Flyer and programme (layout)

Designing a flyer including the programme that will be sent, displayed and distributed for the communication plan

"Booklet ""Mobilty and career guidance"""

Editing a booklet in which participants and other users could find easily information and advice on how to prepare their mobility as researchers (during and after the PhD), on how to steer their career in Europe. Electronical version.

Press release

Writing an article to announce the event, that will be sent to journalists, within Europe. In English. If possible, in the languages of the three consortium members: French, English, German, Italian.

Evaluation forms

Editing three online evaluation forms: for participants, speakers, exhibitors. Sent to them directly after the event. In English

Event booklet

Designing, editing and printing a booklet that will be distributed to the participants, speakers and exhibitors. In English.
