D6.1 OSOS Assessment Methodology

it will include the methodology that will be followed and will provide the basis for the indicators and tools that will be needed during the assessment of the projects pilots

D1.1 Project Handbook, Quality Plan & Risk Management

This document will include detailed criteria and rules for i the project management procedures roles and responsibilities ii the project baselines iii the quality planning metrics and control iv the change management plan and process v the communication management plan vi the effort and cost management plan and vii the RRI implementation plan It will also include a risk management plan analysing the potential scientific implementation and administrative risks their severity and the respective contingency plan The latter part will be a live document that will be kept updated on a regular basis

D4.3 Open Schooling Hubs

100 schools will be selected to act Open Schooling Hubs. These schools will be involved in an initial pilot phase (for one full school year) in order to validate the efficiency of the Open Schooling Accelerators. Specific criteria and indicators for the school environments selection will be presented. Analytical school profiles will be included in this deliverable

D4.4 European Open Schooling Event

An major milestone of the project, at the end of the first pilot phase and at the beginning of the large scale implementation: A unique opportunity to reflect on the work of the 100 Open Schooling Hubs and design the next step of the project. About 200 people are expected to participate in this event.

D3.3 OSOS Incubators

A series of tools to facilitate the cooperation and networking of the participating schools.

D3.1 Support Mechanism

The support mechanism will be based on the presentation of techniques on how schools can make use of the OSOS approach and its tools OSOS incubators and accelerators to aggregate and create projects and activities customised to the specific needs of different types of schools that will be involved in the project

D2.2 OSOS Strategies

The OSOS framework will provide the necessary strategies that will help school improve reinvent supplement and transform according to their profiles and identified needs

D3.5 European Open Schools Map

The map will depict the evolution of the schools’ network and offering opportunities for networking, common project at European level and exchange of school staff for sharing experiences and best practices.

D2.3 Open Schooling Roadmap

The roadmap will be an evolving set of guidelines that will be informed from the implementation findings and it will be delivered in three versions the initial version that will support the schools that will be involved in the first phase of implementation the interim version that will be available for the large scale implementation and the final version that will be the main outcome of the project

D7.4 Dissemination material

DVDs posters leaflets project electronic newsletter as well as users guides and support materials for the implementation of open schooling will be produced and distributed The dissemination materials will be available in the partners languages

D5.3 National Open Schooling Events

National Events to promote the work of the participating schools and share the project findings and experiences.

D2.1 Open Schooling Model

The OSOS Open Schooling Model will present a threestep process aiming to Stimulate Incubate and Accelerate the uptake of innovative RRI practices in school communities and national policies It will describe the full cycle of the Open Schooling Culture

D7.7 Feasibility and Sustainability plan

The plan will describe the actions and measures that will be taken by the consortium to provide a sustainable framework for the expansion of the open schooling network beyond the project duration.

D4.2 Open Schooling Accelerators

The OSOS consortium will identify a series of initiatives that promoting the open schooling culture (Best Practices) that will act as accelerators of the introduction of OSOS approach in the participating schools. About 50 of such initiatives will be selected.

D1.5 Quality Assurance Report

This will report at its interim and final versions the quality assessment evaluation of the project procedures and outcomes focusing also on the risk management aspects.

it will include all the tools to be used for the impact assessment during the pilots
