Odnośniki do rezultatów i publikacji związanych z poszczególnymi projektami 7PR, a także odnośniki do niektórych konkretnych kategorii wyników, takich jak zbiory danych i oprogramowanie, są dynamicznie pobierane z systemu OpenAIRE .

Maintenance and support system

Support and maintenance service is mandatory in order to satisfy customers (end users and domain experts) requirements. Before the official EO-Toolset roll-out a support system will be organised to provide users with on-line support services (forum, FAQ, ...).

On-line instructions system

Interactive on-line help system Will be constructed to support domain and end-user interaction with the system.

Dissemination & Communication activities

In order to raise awareness about the project and further encourage the use of the system among user community, this specific task is devoted to promotional activities. This task aims at ensuring the promotion of the project and of the corresponding results, each of partners contributing in its own way and addressing their part of user community. Sinergise and GeoVille plan to attend several space-related conferences (such as Living Planet Symposium, regional land administration events) and MARS (Monitoring Agricultural Resources) Annual Conference, with participants from European Commission, Joint Research Centre, representatives of Ministries of Agriculture of EU and software developers. The event will be used to disseminate the idea within the Governmental sector as there are participants from practically all member states and candidate countries. Further targeted event is also Earth Observation Open Science 2.0 - scientific conference organised by ESA, perfect for sharing ideas about possible products based on EO data. Sinergise and Geoville will publish a minimum of three scientific papers in international IF peer–review journals, present project’s results at least at two international scientific conferences.

New Trademark for EO-Toolset will be registered.

Training materials

Training material will be built on the basis of demonstration case. Its detailed components will be defined in the training plan. This material could consist in several packages: - Presentations (Power point or equivalent) dealing with the scientific and technical basis, platform usage, product usage, products publishing … - Tutorials (short presentations and user manuals) for using the system, at different level of skills and responsibilities (end-user, domain-expert) - Example of data sets which can be used for learning how to use the system, from data ingestion to advanced uses

User manuals

Different categories of users will be identified, not just from the perspective of value-chain (domain-expert, end-users) but also domain specific (agriculture, government, insurance, environment protection, etc). Once target users are defined, the training material will be developed, targeting each specific group separately.

Integrator’s manual

Integration documentation will be prepared to provide all information needed to include EO-Toolset services into 3rd party application. Demonstration scripts will be prepared to accompany documentation.

EO VAS validation report

For each EO VAS, a list of assessment criteria will be established, based on the literature review and on users’ requirements. The assessment, performed during the validation phase will rely on the main findings in terms of (1) products thematic contents, (2) accuracy (overall and class-specific accuracy values), (3) temporal resolution for the composites and the dynamic cropland mask, etc.
