Rezultaty
This deliverable provides recommendations, tools, procedures and common protocols to be validated in the experimental pilots of WP5. The early internal delivery of the document, by Month 6, will allow the application of an ‘agile’ methodology, where the initial release is updated on the basis of the feedback gathered from the users (internally by the project’s partners and externally by the members of the REACH network).

It will include the list and timings of advocacy papers to be produced during the project, will lay out the conditions for participation in the REACH network, the models for collaboration agreements, and the memorandum of understanding with other projects and networks.

Data Management Plan (odnośnik otworzy się w nowym oknie)This deliverable provides the structure for gathering and maintaining data to be re-used. In particular, it addresses issues related to ownership and maintenance of data coming from distributed repositories across different labs, which may be subject to different policies and guidelines for accessing, sharing and processing content, with a variety of data types. This deliverable will evolve during the project’s lifetime in order to reflect the project’s findings on data management. It will use the template given by EC on data management in the H2020 Online Manual in the Participant Portal.
Small towns heritage pilot results (odnośnik otworzy się w nowym oknie)This deliverable provides a critical review of the results of the desk study and encounters carried out with local actors, with particular focus on resilience of small towns. This will provide a framework for sharing knowledge and analysis from academic partners, experience and other inputs from locally involved stakeholders, and a matrix of good practices from other countries in the form of a participative interactive map.
Minority heritage pilot results (odnośnik otworzy się w nowym oknie)This deliverable includes working papers and best practice guides, addressing a wider public, and scholarly articles, based on the experiences of the encounters will share knowledge with the academic sphere. The lessons learnt from the pilot case studies will be organized in two transversal categories: the first analysing the case studies from social aspects and the second considering the cultural rights and perspectives of these encounters in the light of adoption of participatory approaches

Best practices of social participation in cultural heritage (odnośnik otworzy się w nowym oknie)Based upon a deeper analysis of other projects' activities than considered in D6.2, this deliverable critically reviews best and 'bad' participatory practices from a range of initiatives and considers lessons learned.
REACH proposal for resilient European cultural heritage (odnośnik otworzy się w nowym oknie)This deliverable takes into account the feedback from all the platform’s activities. It provides a description of the steps to foster the evolution of participatory approaches in the preservation, use/re-use and management of CH, aiming at improving CH resilience and to generate social innovation. In particular, the deliverable highlights the role of participatory approaches in supporting social cohesion and integration in Europe. A first version of the document will be produced at month 24, discussed at workshop in Prague, and then updated in successive versions, through an iterative process, until its final delivery.
Project evaluation report (odnośnik otworzy się w nowym oknie)This deliverable provides the report about the internal and external evaluation conducted along the whole project. It will include outcomes of the local encounters, aggregating requirements emerged from the participating users, barriers, policy frameworks, and any other input useful to be transferred to the pilots and to the other WPs . Preliminary versions of the report will be released as intermediate and internal documents reporting the status of assessment of the project based on the evaluation of the partners and on the feedbacks gathered by the members of the REACH network. The final version will include a chapter dedicated to the assessment of the project’s impact.

Selection of projects and mapping of clustered research findings (odnośnik otworzy się w nowym oknie)This deliverable includes approaches to the participatory preservation, use/re-use and management of CH drawn from critical mapping, including tangible and intangible CH. In liaison with the work of WP4, and to support the pilots of WP5, the deliverable will contribute to the creation of a cross-disciplinary and international network of relevant heritage scholarship, focusing on minorities, rural landscapes, small towns, CH institutions, with the aim to establish new interconnections in a rather fragmentary field

It will provide: summary of the topics addressed, description of participants, analysis of users’ feedbacks on the participatory experience, lessons learnt, recommendations and best practices.

Based on the analysis of requirements of participatory approaches adopted by very different institutions, related restrictions and potential will be analysed and generalized into practical guidelines for CH institutions. This deliverable corresponds to the online publication of the online portal, including the design of Open-heritage.eu. It also details the communication and the dissemination plan. It describes the dissemination materials, together with a precise plan detailing how, when, by whom, and to whom this material will be distributed. The deliverable is updated periodically, as long as new material and news services are made available and the updates are included in the periodic official reporting to EC
This deliverable will relate how data is made openly available.
This deliverable presents the results of the opening conference, number and categories of attendees, level of participants’ interest and interaction, examples of best practices, success and failures, opportunities and threads, and the feedback of the audience on the scope of the social platform.
