As part of the continuous improvement program for E/E systems, this deliverable will provide a report of the activity.
Questionnaire preparation (permanent users) (odnośnik otworzy się w nowym oknie)This deliverable aimes to prepare the questionnaires for permanent users. For the permanent users the questionnaires for the different phases will be adapted on the basis of the results of the first test phase, and so on for the following phases. Moreover, recent studies have demonstrated that EL V users tend to get more satisfied of their vehicle after a period of at least one week of continuous usage. The results of the surveys will be mathematically analysed to take into account these subtle factors and correlations. For permanent users the focus-group instrument will also be used to better define the questionnaires.
