This deliverable will propose a low dimensional vector model for users’ profiling by means of embedding deep learning methods that will be the input for T3.2 and T3.3.

Workshops scheduling, to be communicated to participants and acting as a “storyboard” to be observed during workshops execution. It will include scheduling for presentations, warm ups, subgroup works, restitution phases, etc, and will guide participants in starting from some “intuitions” and arriving to shared scenarios and mock-ups

This deliverable will include survey items and interviews template for performing the analysis of service provision flows with local authorities and public service providers

This document will provide a clear schedule and a shared framework for performing usercentered tests and data collection

REBUILD zero (baseline) scenario

The deliverable will provide the overview of the zero scenario, mainly the situation without the REBUILD activities, based on collected information from desk research and fieldwork based on focus groups and interviews with identifies stakeholders.

Designing the digital companion

This report will include the entire definition of the digital companion based on a rulebased chatbot solution

A midterm assessment will be run in order to test the methodology and provide feedback to technology development for further improvements and reported in this deliverable

Dissemination and Communication Report

An assessment of the impact of the communication and dissemination activities both qualitatively through case studies that demonstrate its impact and quantitatively via the metrics developed in the Dissemination Plan D82

This software solution will implement the previous designing by being able to present information about the impact of migration via auto generated infographics

The digital companion prototype

This prototype will provide the digital companion that will guide the migrants and refugees through the integration path based on the chatbot previously defined

Skills and needs matching for migrant guidance

This prototype will be focused on the implementation of the skills and needs linking tool that will lead to a successful integration

BUILD Pilot Platform final version

This will deliver the final version of the REBUILD platform

Methodology for skills and needs matching

This deliverable will be in charge of explaining the REBUILD methodology definition for optimal matching based on deep learning models

Scripted audio/video capturing for the illiterate (prototype)

This prototype will comprise the entire software solution for ubiquitous audiovideo chunk recording within a secure structure that will assure the validity of the content

REBUILD recommendation environment

This prototype will implement the REBUILD recommendation tool by joining users profile vector from T31 to the available services

Visual communication signs and pictograms prototype

This software prototype will implement a tool that include the basic vocabulary defined in first stage of T41 help this communication

Self-learning system for improving service personalisation

This prototype will implement the customization process of the available services in order to improve the users experience

REBUILD Pilot Platform first prototype

This deliverable is the first versionof the REBUILD platform to be use in the first phase of the piloting

Development of project website

A platform for ongoing public engagement, including areas for news releases, project reports and technical documentation.

Video on the socio cultural factors implicit in the technological interaction and its impact on integration

Already integrated migrants NGOs and public administrations will contribute with their testimonials to stablish and reinforce the links between the project its tools and the endusers These testimonials will be delivered as short online media chunks videosanimations in different languages and dialects

Data Management Plan

This deliverable will describe how the REBUILD project manages data throughout its life cycle, in order to be compliant to the regulatory framework.
