Public report about the qualification and orbital results

3.3 NPT30 IOD preparation (M8 – M12) Satellite integration plans and technical documentation for integration will be made interfacing with our pilot clients. We will also detail our delivery and storage requirements. Finally this task will do the fabrication and assembly of NPT30 engineering and flight models to be delivered to the pilot client. 3.4 Regulatory certificates (M16 – M21) Qualification documentations will be written and launch (pressurized xenon and iodine) and export certificates will be prepared.

List of publications and media appearance

Marketing actions are directed towards customers, suppliers and talents we want to recruit. We will publish in peer-reviewed journals (for scientific reputation) such as Physics of Plasmas, Applied phys. letters, AIAA Journal of propulsion and power etc, and have articles in magazines and newspapers such as Usine Nouvelle, Spacenews, New Your Times, Le Monde, etc. We will participate in scientific conferences such as the Joint Propulsion conf., the Intern. Electric propulsion conf., or more industrial oriented conferences such as the World Satellite Business Week, New Space US and Europe etc. Two times per year we will have stands at various space forums such as The Paris Air Forum and equivalent. We will also continue being active on Twitter, LinkedIn and other online medias; we have already 10000 views in average on our posts on LinkedIn, and we will continue our bi-monthly newsletter.

EMBRACE mid-term report

Recruitment of the right people for the tasks at the right time and insure a smooth integration into the team is crucial for any success, and we therefore have a dedicated task for this. We will deal with recruitment, job announcements, interviews and legal aspects such as working visas (when required) and work contracts. We also manage the group dynamics, motivate the involved parties and solve potential human conflicts before they have time to set root. 6.2 Tasks and resource coordination (M0 – M24) In this task we coordinate the work packages and allocate project resources (economical, experimental and human) according to the needs. The production of the deliverables will be supervised and we will convene and conduct the project progress meetings and management meetings. A Quality assurance system will be implemented for running the project and to assess the deliverables 6.3 Intellectual property (IP) and legal issues (M0 – M24) We already own an exclusive world wide license for two family of patents protecting our NPT30 Propulsion system concept. Our goal is to strengthen our patent portfolio to support our Business plan and Market strategy. To do so, we will optimize our patent portfolio according to the outcome from WP 1 – 4: we will especially analyze each new technical solution that is not covered by a former patent in order to know if it is better to apply for a new patent or keep it as a formal know-how. We will also trademark our brand name, logo and word connected to our NPT30 marketing actions. 6.4 H2020 reporting (M12 and M24) Continuous update of project status to the European Commission will be made; two reporting periods are planned for the middle and end of the project.
