Zdolność flandryjskich MŚP w zakresie zarządzania innowacjami
Zespół finansowanego ze środków UE projektu VEBIN SME 3.0 będzie kontynuował świadczenie usług Europejskiej Sieci Przedsiębiorczości we Flandrii. Celem jest zwiększenie kompetencji MŚP w zakresie zarządzania innowacjami i zapewnienie usług zarządzania kluczowymi klientami na potrzeby programów Instrument dla MŚP, Przyszłe i powstające technologie (Future and Emerging Technologies, FET) i Szybka ścieżka do innowacji (Fast Track to Innovation, FTI) w ramach H2020 (EIC) dla flamandzkich uczestników z sektora MŚP w 2019 roku. Zgodnie z projektem flamandzkie konsorcjum VEBIN będzie nadal świadczyć te usługi i rozszerzy je na sektor MŚP, które będą beneficjentami programów FTI i FET w ramach programu H2020. Usługi te będą zintegrowane i zarządzane w ramach regionalnego systemu wspierania innowacji. Zapewni to wysoką jakość świadczonych usług oraz dodaną wartość dla całej Europy. Projekt skupia się w szczególności na inteligentnych planach i efektywnym wykorzystaniu istniejących narzędzi.
Cel
Continuing the services of enhancing the innovation management capacity of SME's by the Enterprise Europe Network in Flanders and ensuring the KAM services for SMEi, FET and FTI on behalf of H2020 (EIC) for Flemish SME participants during 2019.
This project aims at continuing the services of EEN in Flanders with regard to the key account management
for the SME instrument under H2020 as entrusted by the European Commission to the Enterprise Europe network. It also
concerns the additional support services that EEN will deliver with regard to the enhancement of the innovation management
capacities of SMEs as decided under the mandate the EEN received from the H2020. The present proposal describes how the Flemish VEBIN consortium will continue to realise these services in the region of Flanders and extended also to SMEs that will be beneficiaries of FTI and FET under H2020, how these will be embedded in the regional innovation support system to the benefit of Flemish SMEs, how the consortium will manage the services and how feedback will be organised in order to ensure a high quality service provision and an added European value. It particularly reflects on the smart signposting of clients among all relevant support stakeholders and to the efficient use of existing tools. It also expresses the consortium willingness to cooperate whenever requested by the Commission or by EASME to participate in benchmarking exercises among the various participating consortia and to give feedback on the implementation of the services in the region of Flanders (Belgium). Particular attention will also be given to guarantee the synergies between the activities in this present proposal and the regular EEN services that the consortium is provinding in the region so as to realise fully the client journey and hub&spoke approach as laid down in the ToR of the COSME caal for the EEN with regard to the WP 2019.
