Technical recommendations and guidelines to minimize risk of technical failures during renovation actions for designers building owners and real estate developers

Multi-Benefit Evaluation framework for EE investment

Evaluation framework to include collateralbenefits of energy efficient renovation of buildings in the investment evaluation phase Several dimensions will be identified and the feasibility to include them in the investment evaluation models will be assessed

Demo-case investment evaluation report

Investment evaluation report expost to confront the preliminary evaluation with the achieved result A benchmark with a renovation action financed outside the project will be proposed

Demo-case technical/financial due diligence (draft M16)

Evaluation of the renovation action o a democase buildings using the technical and financial framework developed in WP2 3 4

Publications in peer-reviewed journals

Results of EEnvest will be published in sector specific journals in terms of risk evaluation framework evaluation of energy efficiency multiple benefits and financed renovation actions

National Workshops (M24 first workshop for both countries)

Materials for discussion in the national workshops, collection of inputs and result elaboration in various forms. Workshop will also be documented on social media

Midterm and final conference (M18 midterm)

Conferences organized to disseminate the project. In practice, two of the project meetings will hold a separate session open to the public for dissemination purposes

enewsletter (draft M6, M12, then every 3 months)

Newsletter published through several online channels and the BuildUP portal on energy efficiency diffusion will be maximized through joint effort by all partners
