Moreover, it provides a first conceptualization of choice criteria and incentives, including the first version of the model of contextual user preferences. The proposed conceptualization will go beyond the state-of-the-art by using a mix of bottom-up and top-down approaches, including (but not limited to) multi-criteria clustering, pattern detection analysis and ontology modelling to create a holistic user model.
