Data Management Plan

This plan will contain SINATRAs policies and provisions regarding safe and secure data handling and sharing

Literature review on state of the art and in-flight feasibility analysis

A review of seedingfree optical measurement techniques the measurement of inlet flow distortions as well as the implications for BLI applications First requirements for inflight testing are defined

Uncertainity assessment report of the SINATRA test method

This report describes will provide details on the uncertainty calculation and error propagation for the steady state FRS measurements. Uncertainty assessments of the unsteady system will also be included. Demonstration of these uncertainties on simplified flow will also be part of this deliverable. Finally, the accuracy levels of the new FRS system will be quantified.

Definition of the CCITF, instrumentation setup and flow characteristics across the range of prescribed operating conditions

This deliverable provides a detailed geometrical and aerodynamic specification of the developed experimental facility including the distortion screens and vortex generators. Flow characteristics such as the structure of the boundary layers and the achieved turbulence levels at key axial stations along the ducts will be included.

Design and development of an FRS system for application on a complex intake experimental facility for flow distortion measurements

This deliverable describes the current status of the FRS in terms of high level requirements definition hardware and software developments and planned modifications to the experimental facilities This deliverable is produced in preparation of the M12 gate review meeting

Plan for SINATRA dissemination and exploitation of results

This will provide the SINATRA strategic and practical guidance to plan dissemination communication activities It will also include a schedule for scientific papers to be published

Outlook of FRS for in-flight systems

Summary of completed measurement campaigns at CCITF and CCEP and detailed requirement definition for in-flight system, development roadmap and preliminary cost assessment.
