Digital solutions for Citizen Empowerment & Climate adaptation in Turku - V1

This deliverable includes series of citizen engagement events and methods with utilization of digital tools in order to create Community engagement during the demonstration in Turku. These activities are a) capacity building events, b) collecting citizens´ ideas of energy saving locations and methods via CIP, c) “Loop” utilization for identifying citizen trends and needs via social media, d) Avatar creation events resulting tool of guidance via Mixed Reality (MR) applications, e) development, piloting and application of the extremely high-resolution operative air quality forecasting system for raising citizen awareness and f) co-creation events and open dialogues with policy level actors to promote the continuity and adaptation of the results to the city policy. D4.3. refers to T4.3. The deliverable will be supported by a report. Verification: Comprehensive engagement process is completed and a synthesis of evidence from implementation of engagement methods is produced. Analysis report of the community engagement results with highlighting the best practices is delivered.

Digital solutions for Citizen Empowerment & Climate adaptation in Dijon - V1

This deliverable consists of designing, creating and launching a customized Civic Digital Participation Platform, which will centralize all the information related to the Dijon demonstration and will be accessible via the project’s website. This will include a) an information module, b) a consultation module c) a training module and d) a data analytics module. In addition, the deliverable includes a set of educational and playful digital tools, which are developed during the first months of the project. D4.2. refers to T4.2. The deliverable will be supported by a report. Verification: The Civic Digital Participation Platform is published and in use.
