Rezultaty
We have developed a water saving pump for high pressure cleaning at slaughterers; breweries and similar industries. The main benefits with this pump system are:
- Independent adjustment of the flow and pressure. This decreases the water consumption by about 20 %;
- A turbo nozzle technology that reduces the number of droplets. This decreases the distribution of microorganism and the consumption of detergents / chemicals;
- New pump technology has a higher efficiency and in this way the energy consumption reduces by about 15 %;
- New developed technique with a hydraulically driven high-pressure pump allows the stroke volume for the water cylinder to be very big. This technique extends the life length by about 5 � 10 times;
- New technique gives a smooth water flow without pulsations. In this way we eliminate a large ergonomic problem and improve the working conditions. In this way the cleaning personnel can work much longer time without breaks.
The new pump is tested and works according to the objectives. We are working with longtime testing and the exploitation/dissemination measures. We filed a patent application in August 2003 and expect to file another in March / April 2004.
