Slovenia will access Community programmes for training, youth and education
Slovenia will be able to participate in the European Community programmes for training, youth and education -Leonardo da Vinci, Youth for Europe and Socrates - once the European Commission Proposal for a Council Decision is accepted by the Association Council. The Proposal has just been published in the Official Journal.
