The European Commission, DG III, wishes to compile a list of service providers who may be invited to tender under the EU programme for the Interchange of Data between Administrations (IDA).

The list will be used for tenders which would not be the subject of an individual notice published on the Official Journal and which would be below the thresholds laid down by public procurement directives (currently 133,914 euro).

The IDA programme is a key element of the EU's Information Society initiative that aims to improve the functioning of the Single Market by highlighting priorities for administrations to implement. The IDA programme offers specialist advice and access to the results of existing telematics projects, building information links across Europe.
