Before the end of September, the European Commission, DG XI, will publish a call for tenders for a marketing communications strategy for the European eco-label. This will involve defining and implementing a strategy to raise the awareness and confidence of stakeholders in the European eco-label. Stakeholders should therefore be identified, and the study should demonstrate an understanding of the market place, definition of the communication mix, definition of brand imagery and implementation of communication actions.
