Updated FP5 evaluation manual now available (version 2000)
The 2000 version of the FP5 evaluation manual is now available on the CORDIS FP5 web service. The new version has a number of important changes to the main procedures as well as small adjustments in the programme-specific annexes and some drafting amendments.
