EFTA countries join ERASMUS
At its session of 28 October 1991 ("Research") the Council adopted a Decision (on the basis of Commission proposal COM(91) 128) concerning the conclusion of Agreements between the European Economic Community, on the one side, and the EFTA countries and Liechtenstein, on the other side, establishing cooperation in the field of education and training within the framework of the ERASMUS programme (European Community Action Scheme for the Mobility of University Students).
