YOUTH FOR EUROPE publishes new Vademecum
The European Commission, DG XXII, has published a 1996 edition of the Vademecum for the YOUTH FOR EUROPE programme. The Vademecum contains the guide for applicants and details of the programme's five actions: - Intra-Community activities directly involving young people; - Youth workers; - Cooperation between Member States' structures; - Exchanges with non-member countries; - Information for young people and youth research.
