Cancellation of programme in favour of cooperatives, mutual societies, associations and foundations
The Commission has withdrawn its proposal for a Council Decision on a multiannual work programme in favour of cooperatives, mutual societies, associations and foundations in the EC. The proposal has become obsolete due to delays in its adoption by the Council. Consequently, the call for proposals launched under this programme in August 1996 (OJ No C 246 and S 163 of 24.8.1996) has also been cancelled.
