A workshop on Innovative Circuits and Systems for Nanoelectronics will be held in Duisburg, Germany, on 7 and 8 July 1999.
"Nano-El '99" is supported by the European Commission under the ESPRIT programme.
Participants are invited to submit papers for the following categories:
- Architectures for nanoelectronic systems;
- Devices and circuits for nanoelectronics;
- Nanometre-scale technology.
