The deliverable related to the activities carried out in task 1.4. It will report the results obtained during the pilots in the selected cities. During the pilots, the partners will monitor the use of the vehicles, in term of frequency of use, speed, accelerations, kilometres travelled, average speeds, battery status, and from the safety point of view. The analysis will be used to identify safety critical issues of the new vehicle concept and to upgrade the vehicle project and the circulating prototypes.

The deliverable related to the activities carried out in task 6.1. This document will provide a framework for the preparation, monitoring, evaluation and validation of project documents. This quality plan will include templates for project documents. It indicates the members acting as peer-reviewer, appointed by each partner, that collectively form the Quality Board. The peer review will focus on ensuring that: • no important aspects that should have been covered by the deliverable have been missed; • the deliverable is readable (in an appropriate language) and self-consistent; • the deliverable is easily accessible for dissemination purposes.

The deliverable related to the activities carried out in task 6.2. It details the Project Management plan, with a Gantt chart and a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). The deliverable related to the activities carried out in task 7.2.It deals with the streaming of the project conference that will be organized in the city of ROME to officially present the pilot.

The deliverable related to the activities carried out in task 5.3.It describes the detailed plan drafted to coordinate the implementation of each pilot in the 3 cities after Rome and Palermo. It includes: -The charging stations positioned, connected (energy supply as well as any other operative needs);-Deliver the vehicles to the users;-Test the overall system before the opening to public.

The deliverable related to the activities carried out in task 5.2. It describes the detailed design of the EILAT Pilot. The pilot will be based on the Rome and Palermo pilots and on the other 2 selected cities pilots feedbacks, considering Eilat local needs, conditions and objectives.

The deliverable related to the activities carried out in task 3.4. It will document the realization of the second prototypes of the vehicle. It will consist of 50 vehicles ready to field-test in Rome and Palermo.

The deliverable refers to the activities carried out in Task 3.5 and 3.6. It describes the second refinement of the prototypes carried out using the data collected during the Rome and Palermo Pilots. Based on this refinement, it will report the construction of the pilot series of vehicles, consisting of 100 vehicles ready to field demonstration.

The deliverable will describe the in-house testing of the fist prototypes (task 3.2) Then it will show the updated version of the prototype, after the refinement loop over the vehicle design (task 3.3).
