Data Management Plan

A detailed data management plan DMP will be provided and periodically updated The DMP will ensure that all data and methods collected throughout the project follow the FAIR rules and define when data will be made available and shared with relevant stakeholders The DMP will provide a complete and extensive itemization of all technologies data to be collected including origin and means of creation format and associated metadata standards and the storage capacity needed to ensure conservation File formats will be chosen which are widely readable and common practice for the respective results The DMP will set the rules on how to report and store all data linked with TRACE to enable Open Access to data The PIs institution is the primary responsible of compliance to the DMP to ensure that access to repositories and sufficient capacity of data storage is provided for the project Data will be provided in standard digital readable formats eg xls rtf csv pdf Vocabulary documents will be provided with each data file
