Extending PGMs towards time-series

We will describe the methodological aspects of working with time series in probabilistic graphical models and computing the conditional expectations therein. This will be accompanied by open-source code at github.com.

This deliverable contains five practical abstracts related to two areas of the WP1 and WP2: 1. One presenting the results of the AI systematic reviews carried out on the relationship between diet and non-communicable disease 2. Three presenting the dietary intake assessment ( i camera, ii sensors and iii multi omics) and including the initial thoughts on a population based dietary assessment package3. One presenting the review of public health policy and personal nutrition

Based on the countries’ Food-EPI assessments, a report will be produced summarising a range of policy scenarios combining the strengths of approaches adopted in the countries observed in several key policy areas, for evaluation in task 6.3.

A structured document detailing the cohort characteristics, meta data and data availability of precision medicine initiatives relevant to CoDiet. These data will be used, subject to availability, for initial development of methods and models in WP3 and WP4.

Release of an automatically annotated and manually verified corpus of 1,000 Open Access articles

A dataset consisting of annotated BioC JSON documents of Open Access publications with dietary variables, phenotypes, genes, transcripts, proteins, metabolites, microbes and pathways annotated, and relations between these mapped.

A prototype in causal discovery

We will develop a first prototype of the causal discovery with irregularly sampled time series and latent confounders. This will be open-source software at gihub.com.
