Feasibility Report of Large-scale Green Ammonia Plant

TAU will conduct a feasibility study for the production of another hydrogen derivative: green ammonia, if the technical and economic terms are reasonable for a large-scale green methanol plant, it is planned to make the investment during the project implementation. The potential investor is İÇDAŞ (steel producer).

Feasibility Report of Large-scale Green Methanol Plant

TAU will conduct a feasibility study for the Green Methanol Plant. Regarding the results of the feasibility study, if the technical and economic terms are reasonable for a large-scale green methanol plant, it is planned to make the investment during the project implementation. The potential investors are Enerjisa Üretim, and Akçansa Çimento. The produced methanol is planned to be transferred to two different locations in South Marmara, where most of the material will be used as a feedstock in the process of wood-based panel production and a small fraction of green methanol will be used in the production of boron-based chemicals. The production of this special boron chemical needs both methanol and pure hydrogen in the process.

Dissemination and Communication Plan

The dissemination, exploitation and communication plan should be updated as necessary. The Clean Hydrogen JU may require the submission of an updated Dissemination, Exploitation and Communication Plan on an annual basis

Risk Management Register

Project Coordinator will perform the project risk analysis, identifying risks and proposing mitigation strategies. Risk factors and dependencies will be identified. For each identified risk, there will be a proposed prevention plan and/or necessary action plan. Foreseen risks will be continuously monitored, and any potential unforeseen risks will be notified promptly to the PC/SC to take quick remedy actions.

Data Management Plan

DMP will include information on: i) the handling of research data; ii) what data will be collected, processed and generated; iii) applied methodology & standards; iv) shared vs. made open access; v) data preservation (also after the end of the project). PwC will draft a first version of the DMP and will update it as data sets are produced during the project.
