The final project report will summarize and analyse the main achievements acquired during the project duration both in theoretical field of expertise. The administrative, financial and achieved results will be globally evaluated and reported.

The Registration and Check-in Points are open and ready for participants and guests arrival. They will receive event badges or identification, event materials, and any relevant information about the day's schedule. All ceremonies are planned and prepared technically (scene, audio equipment, screen etc). Speakers and Presenters are present. All rooms are marked and ready for participants, the expo room is ready. Organising team is in contact with the technical staff, ready to mitigate any potential problems that may occur (technical problems with audio or vision, delays, problems with finding the rooms etc).
