Dissemination and Comunication Plan

1) Identification of JOULIA stakeholders/profiling; 2) dissemination methods, channels, associated activities and tools; 3) dissemination procedures; 4) D&C activities’ schedule and complementarities among partners. Up to 3 updates depending on required changes throughout project.

Dissemination, Exploitation & Comunication Plan (update M18)

Report on the progress of the D&C planning and activities during the project (M18).

Report on stakeholders needs

Stakeholders’ interviews and evaluation of the results for the future upscaling of the developed technologies.

Predictive maintenance platform

Report on the design, and development of a predictive maintenance tool, offering warnings of any irregular range of values for key selected parameters (e.g. temperature, heat flux) or risks to the relevant operators of the plants on the proposed heating systems. Alpha version in M18, final version in M36. Tool validity verification through the demonstration campaigns, particularly during Task 10.3 and Task 11.3.

Health and safety requirements - Preliminary report

Assessments of identified hazards and risks according to the European standards and legislation. A first version will be released in M12 and then updated in M18 to allow the following of the conceptual and final design of solutions

Evaluation methodology

Report on the definition of the appropriate KPIs for evaluating technical, environmental, economic, and social aspects. Guidelines to facilitate KPI monitoring and measuring on the basis of a common evaluation methodology.

RRI First report and Progress Report

It will report the progress of the implementation of the RRI actions in the project. It will count with two versions.

Project synergies report

Report with the results obtained from the collaboration and synergies with other EU funded projects and platforms.

Characterization of demo sites

Report on the characterization of the processes to be addressed during JOULIA demonstration phase.

Project Progress Report

This deliverable will contain the overall status of the project. It will count with three versions.

Health and safety requirements (update M18)

Assessment of hazards and risks identified in accordance with European standards and legislation (Task 4.3). This will be an updated version of D4.3, to be submitted in M18, to follow the conceptual and final design of the solutions. (T4.3)

Report on the progress of the DEC activities during the project (M24) and final report (M48)

Skills Needs Assessment Report

ISQ will work with all partners in the skills gap identification, based in the comparative analysis between the existing professional competences and technologies, and the new professional profiles/competences required to be integrated and operated with the electrification of the industrial processes, resulting in a summary report with the Skills Gap Identification
