A list of candidates showing the same pattern of differential expression in aposporous and diplosporous plants

CONICET will be the lead partner for this deliverable. The lists of candidate genes differentially expressed in aposporous species (P. pratensis and P.notatum) will be compared to those originated from diplosporous species (E.curvula/T. dactyloides), in order to identify commonalities and differences between both reproductivetypes.
